Hello Everyone,


I am one of those who had started to enjoy the comfort of ordering products online(especially Letsbuy).


I had recently ordered Kent RO Grand+ as on 25th of October, the order number being LSB-536906.


Though the status shown as per letsbuy's update is'Dispatched', the blue dart's update is'Missed Connection'.


I called the customer support of Letsbuy for the latest update for which they told me that the product has reached Baroda(The place that it has to be delivered to).


However on visiting the courier center in Baroda, they told me that the product has not reached Baroda yet.


I am unsure about the whereabouts of my product and hope that the product will be in good shape.


Moreover, if Letsbuy is going to go through this review, request them to avoid sending products through Bluedart as I have always faced problems from this service provider(and the Online service provider being Letsbuy).


Received the product as on 1st of November 2011. The product looks in good shape and also received the diwali gift as well as the free gift attached to the product. Thanks Pawan(from Letsbuy) for helping me out but a world of thanks to MOUTHSHUT who made it possible for me to connect to Letsbuy Team.


I will definitely buy a product from Letsbuy once again and this time expect a better service.
