I bought a Lenovo Ideapad Laptop from Khosla Electronics which is a trusted electronic shop in our locality.The sales executive of that shop was Mr Singh who showed me the model.I am a fan of Lenovo products.My friends also have Lenovo mobiles and laptops.I was impressed by the demo shown by Mr. Singh.
The laptop was user friendly.They let me use the laptop for some time.
The staff gave me discount on the product.I was happy.
When I came home I could not find the warranty card.When I called the shop they said they dont give warranty card.I said I will complain to the manager.They behaved rudely and said do whatever you wanna do.
After some days the real scenario was clear.The laptop came with heating problems.After 1 month the charger got useless.The sound quality is very very poor.
The laptop costed me 33 thousand rupees which is too much.
