The services of the 811 account is very good no charges for any transaction. The nabk services is also very good. I was fixed the meeting for my kyc of the kotak account the executive of the kotak bank came on time and did my kyc fastly. Executive give me kyc document which contain my signature fir chequebook. The document got missed by me. I requestefmd to bank for giving me duplicate document of kyc. The bank accepted my request and send me my duplicte document on my mail id without any charges. Overall bank is good.
