Products from Keva Industries have been good. They are giving good results. But the thing is that most of the people do not believe Herbal products and they would take only the Medicine suggested by Doctors.
This is where the Employees job has become tough to convince the Customers and moreover some Customer do not show interest to listen about the products.
Salary would be given only if you perform. You need to reach the targets every month.
Job Security is less as they will terminate you if you don't perform well.
Career Growth may be there or may not. Because, already there are many herbal products in the market and if any good brand has emerged better than Keva, obviously people would switch to that and the Company would loose Business. If there is no business, obviously you won't be having good career.
You need to travel a lot in the job to sell the products to Customers and there are no specific timings. Even in Weekend also, you may need to travel.
My suggestion is to go for a office job rather than this Marketing job.
