This is the most pathetic & worst product in the world.If you want to go through mental torture or you don’t have any work then only buy this product. It is like buying a 5 year old product and repairing its every 2-3 monthsI had sent a mail on 15.5.2014 regarding defective product supplied by you. I purchased KENT RO unit no KR13074689 on 16.2.2014.
Since I purchased this product its giving regular trouble and I made about 15 complaints to-date. None of your engineer is capable to rectify the product. It is learnt that donkeys working in this company and also the foolish management is looking after the company. My warranty will expire on 16.2.2015. After that for every complaint, thay will ask me to pay for the product which is supplied defective since purchase i.e. 16.2.2014.
