Hello Friends,
I went to Kaya in b'lore and I feel like cheated.
I had gone for some hair problem and they did not have any solution for it which is fine, instead they examined my skin on face and recommended some skin treatement worth Rs.6000.
What the heck? Did I ask for skin chekcing? No - I just went there for some hair problem.And the consulting fees was Rs.500 and I feel like throwing Rs .500 as there was no solution given for my hair problem.The dermatologist recommened some face wash, tiner etc. which is not needed at all.And to add, when I questioned such a high consulting fees for nothing, they said they will deduct the consulting fees Rs.500 from the skin treatment fees of Rs.6000.ultimate cheaters!
I did not feel like the staff were qualified enough.
