Shopping on junglee is time and money waste. It's like throwing your money in dustbin. I you are lucky you might get some thing or struggle like me for getting return.
I purchased on moses basket to gift for a new born.Seller was iBhejo.
After 3 days they called me and said that item is out of stock. That item is still listed on their website with the same seller. I asked for refund.
They said it will take 15 days for refund. I asked okay you send another similar basket. They told me we 2 in stock. I said okay send me and if any difference amount is there I will do COD.
But they were agreed on that. I again called and asked is my refund initiated they said it will take 24 to 48 working hours. Then I asked to send me another item, but only.
Junglee is pathetic, you buy and fight with seller for any issue, they will not allow your review on their site. You can't contact junglee from any where.
I don't how these fraud companies are surviving in India. Their must be some rules and regulation for them also.
Not sure whether my money will be refunded. But I will not go back to Junglee and suggest never to go on Junglee.
Else you will become junglee like for refund or other issue.
