I have been using jio since it was launched, I bought jio sim amd by the passage of time, I purchase other stuff of jio also but since 2018, jio speed fall down very rapidly. Now on name of 4g, they are providing 2g speed. I spoke with customer care and they are like we cannot do anything. After that I changed service provider. Now some of my family member uses this network but still no improvement. Airtel is best in network and Internet. If you are looking for best Internet, choose other instead of Jio. In name of kow prices, they are offering worst service, overall you will be in lose if choose jio just like me.
