Jannat. Review on Jannat

This is a first review of the movie Jannat and guess what This is the first review of mine too....lolz well just got the opportunity  to watch the movie bfor releasing it ;) Let me open the suspense of the movie lolz...

Story is lyk.... Arjun (Emraan Hashmi) is a reckless young man with an obsession for

making money at card games. who is in addicted to making a fast buck in

order to reach ‘heaven on earth'. Got a chance meeting with a girl named

Zoya (Sonal Chauhan) in a mall and gave him the reasons he was looking for

since long to move out of his ordinary life and jump to extra ordinary life. He steps up from playing small-time

card games to becoming a bookie.

Letr on He got stuck in a triangle of sorts

between the woman he loves and his addiction to make a quick money,

Arjun moves on from being a bookie to a runner for the mafia.

He jumps into the world of match fixing. Arjun switches on the limelight

to something bigger, better, and faster, until his dizzying rise

attracts the attention of the police. Arjun has to now choose between

the love of his life, Zoya, and this newfound success and power.

As

Arjun struggles to choose between the two, the Don offers the forbidden

fruit of limitless wealth in exchange of his soul and draws him into

his core entourage of money spinners………………..

Well

may take on 'Jannat' is that its a time pass movie which can be watched

only when you have nothing else to watch for or you are a music lover. Direction is okey not so good not so bad and

at some parts of the movie you will get a feel that director had failed

miserably to even make the actors give their 50 %.

Character

are nothing to boast about as you find the lucky mascot of Bhatt camp

"Emran hasmi" in the lead role with another new comer Sonal chauhan who

has done a decent job as a newcomer, she looks pretty though.

Other cast and crew has delivered what is asked for nothing great or extreme to even worth a mention.

Cinematography

again is average with actions not to be praised about. The plus point

can be a Music for which you can surely go to the theater. IT has just amazing songs lyk "Judai" and "Zara si dil me" ohhhh what a music and lyrics are excellent....Just loved the music nothing else...

Overall one watch is enough for the movie or if you can manage a DVD that will be the best option.

My actual rating to this movie is 3.5 for the story but for music will give 9 out of 10 as am a music freek. :)
