Not Good to shop. Review on Jabong

I have bought a couple of Adidas t shirts from Sale on Jabong a few weeks ago, but disappointingly they were the defective and discarded products from the factory, I think. After first wash, the fabric became poor and got to see tiny hole in the tees.

I was very disappointed from this as I thought it would be a quality product as of Adidas, but the website sold the discarded products on sale. I called to the customer service but they told me that the product would not be taken back, that was really disappointing after getting a low quality product.

I would not prefer to buy any product from sale on this website.

Jabong site is too much of cost when it compare with other similar online shopping site. first of all I say the return policy is not good in this site, if you received damaged or fault product then this is not easy to returnable. on time delivery is not applicable in this site. I ordered t shirts from this particular site as they looked good in a picture but when I received them I was totally dissapointed. I dont fell like looking at them anymore. I have reported complaints for the same to there customer care but they seem to be least bothered after selling this product. I have compare the price many time and I always see the price of jabong is higher than other sites and other issue is there are so much terms and condition with the gift voucher of jabong. I swear not to order anything from this site in future as there product quality is pathetic and is over prized with worst after sale service. this is quit uncomfortable for me, it has serious issue in refunding or changing the delivered product and I will not suggest anyone to use the site.
