Today I am sharing my own experience with you.I was booking Ticket to Kolkata from IRCTC by following all the procedure.when I reached to the payment section I paid the amount by my debit card.The transaction had failed there suddenly and my ticket was also not booked too but the amount of money was deducted from my account.I called at the IRCTC help centre.It was very very difficult to contact with them.Every time the call could not be made.But However I got a chance to talk eith them.I told about my queries and they told me that they will return the money within one week but nearly 2 nad half month passed and I haven't god my money yet.
