I stayed at the ITC-Grand Mumbai this past August '06. Definitely a top-class hotel. The grand atrium that welcomes you as you walk in is very classy. I spent some time hanging around down there during my stay. The room was very nice...and the bathroom was such a welcoming change when usually you dread using bathrooms while visiting India. Room service is good and consistent---they come on a daily basis at a set time. Each morning you wake up to the daily newspaper at your door. There are some nice places to eat downstairs but I didn't go as I had no company. Ordered food in the room---which was very pricey but good. Alot of the other services in the room---such as the business center and airport transfers also cost a good amount of money (yes even in terms of rupees). All in all a pleasant stay in a great environment...just pricey!!!
-Oh ya the morning continental breakfast is sumptous!!! Don't miss it!!!
