I had placed order with you on 29th July by pre-paying But still its not shipped Order No-9121516 , It still shows Open status from 8 days and worst part their customer service they don't have proper answer why it is getting delayed that's worst service.

This may be last order from my side and I will do my best to spread this all online shoppers
