A hospital is supposed to be a place that a person goes to when sick and it is a charitable and humble place. not true anymore. This hospital made me wait for 2 hours along with my mother who is a senior citizen even aftyer taking an appointment . I feel cheated. Why do they give appointments then? Highly disappointed. When I challenged them they said that this is how it works. Very callous attitude.
