I am a frequent domestic flyer. And mostly I travel to Jharkhand.
And the most frequent flight for Ranchi is IndiGo.
So have used ut multiple times.
As once we heard news about Indigo's staff bearing a passenger to many such news on them.
But the latest of new born dieing, due to breathing problem has lead us to think( weather to use them or not) .
My personal opinion would be to look for alternative, if available.
Other than that, I have notice many delays in Mumbai. And they take the heavy traffyin Mumbai as a excuse for the delay.
