I got admission in IGNOU last year to the course of BCA. My regional centre address is Delhi-3, Ramphal Chowk, New Delhi 110075. I thought it was the best centre to study BCA but it is not.
But last year nothing happened good with me. I choosed my study centre IICT, Al-7, Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi 110058.
I didn't get any message or email from IGNOU about classes in Study Centre. Then I went to Study Centre but it were always closed. After this, I went to Regional Centre to knew about my study center classes, On Inquiry Counter, the staff didn't help me.
They only said that you should go to study center for this Inquiry. Study Centre had always closed. After that, Due to lack of attendence in practicle classes of BCSL-013, I couldn't attend the exam of BCSL-013. That's the reason to fail in BCSL-013.
