Worst customer service.if u opt for AMC then no one will respond. No one will attend the service request and close it automatically. Never go for ifb products. You will end up in spending money on phones to customer care and local service agencies.
Below r the service requests ID's which I have logged for same issue, but no one attended till now 15052913 and 14990884
