We bought this Idea WIFI service in Pimple saudagar, Pune as there are no other broadband services available in our area/building. The Idea salesman does a good job in making you believe that he would provide good speed to you by bringing his special device which can show increased speed when they do Demo.
Once we agree for it, The idea salesman tells us this is prepaid thing, so we have to already pay upfront to get the connection done. 9 days pass by, there is no one coming or calling in regards to getting the connection done.
Finally after we call Call centre so many times, they send the technician at 10.30pm, after we insisted.Finally once the connection was done, the speed showed okay. But the next day we started facing issues with speed, showing 0.34 mbs on speedtest, We kept calling Customer Care, and to mention, Idea has the worst Customer care ever. Finding no solution, We emailed appellate (appellate.mh@idea.adityabirla.com), and they reply with a Thank you.
And nothing done, finally after 3 days the technician arrives and fixes it. For such hefty cost, rental you pay around 896/month and half the days no speed at all.
Been facing Internet disconnection and speed issues, Don't recommend IDEA WIFI.
