I have been using Idea since 2013 and have been so loyal customer that even though if Jio gave free services I did not switch to them, also because I was not aware if they would give good quality network but now I am feed up of their network and service, coz of ideas bad network or bad services. so many time ill talk to customer care but they didn't support to me or cant solve my problem.
