Hello. I have been using Idea as my secondary sim for the last 2 years. But for the last few months the network of Idea has become too bad to use. You can't make a call properly neither you ca use the Internet properly. Sometimes there is no network for 5 to 6 hours constantly.
Network is very very poor.
I have contacted customer service of Idea regarding my issue. They just take a complaint and say that they will fix it in two to three day but the doesn't do anything. The network is same as before.
The plan are also not that effective. They are too costly as compaired to the present competition.
