I have a Idea Delhi Cellular connection. I wanted to change my billing plan and I asked the Customer Care Exec on the phone and he mentioned a plan to me and asked me to deposit the fee for it. After confirming from him, I deposited the fee online and when I made a call to ask them to change it, they asked me to visit a care center.
On visiting, I was told, they can't activate that plan on my number for some reasons and also the amount I deposited will not be accepted towards any plan change and I had to deposit more money again to change to a plan which I apparently didn't like but had to suffice with.
Such a cheating is not accepted from an Aditya Birla Group Company. Really disappointed and now since I have paid a high fee, I can't change my plan and apparently no special Local call or SMS packs work with it.
Please be careful and if possible avoid buying an IDEA Connection,
