I bought a idea sim for the internet purpose and the there is lot of problem on idea sim.the network of the idea sim is very fluctuating and the internet speed of the idea network is very poor and slow.i live in centre delhi and the there is a lot of network problem in my area.
I activated a 3g pack on my sim and the validity was of one month the speed of the internet was very slow that I was unable to to consume my data from that internet pack.the customer care service of the idea network is very bad.i called the customer care to solve my problem but instead of solving my problem they hung up my phone call.and next time I called they didn't solved my problem and send me another number on which I called and I my problem was not solved.the network problem, internet speed problem and a lot of problem are with idea network.this is my worst experience with idea.
