I have applied for a housing loan thru their agend India Finsol in September 2011. My application was accepted in Sep 2011. Today is 22 Mar 2011. I am still waiting. They have not disbursed the loan, nor they have said why they are not disbursing the loan.
Once the bank called me for the interview and asked why is the process taking too long. I told them "you should tell me". They kept on asking one document or the other unI have given them all papers needed by Nov 2011. After that they could not find to ask something because there is nothing else to ask. Then they kept on asking salary slip and bank statements every month.
