Service and Support is not good. They were behind me till I bought the policy once I fell in the web they showed the true colors. There ain't any difference left between LIC policy agents and ICICIPRULIFE Policy agents. My healthcare policy had lasped and I got to know when I visited ICICPRULIFE office, once I got to know about the policy lapse I told since I had changed my location from Belgaum to Bangalore 2 years ago. I had not no correspondence from ICICI and thats the reason for the lapse. Then the guy in the office told not an issue go to the website pay the amount it will be renewed then I did the same. But before doing I called the customer care and reconfirmed the same and they told me to go ahead and do the payment. I paid 2 years premium and waited for couple of days and called customer care then the lady there told me to fill the 17M form and scan and submit to them through email. I did that. Then I get a email back to go and visit nearest iciciprulife office and asked me to get the health checkup done. I told them this wasnt told to me earlier. You had told to make payment and it will be renewed they emailed back for renewal I have to visit. I visited then they asked me to fill the form and pay 110 through cheque to get the appointment fixed with the doctor for check up. I did that and got the health checkup done and submitted the report. Now its almost 30 days from the day I made payment even now I am getting sms from them that my health check up has been fixed with the doctor and I have to visit the doctor. I called and told them its done and submitted please check, then they are replying we will check and get back. I have got no response from them till now.
Please don't fall for their sweet talks and fake promises just stay away from them. They stop support the moment you buy the policy and you will be deserted.
Fake information depth will be provided in depth which is of no use.
Dont make payments on websites no one takes responsibility once the payment is made.
Website service is good but you wont get results from the website.
