I have been a Customer of ICICI for more than 10 years. But I was royally duped by wealth management.
Instead of wealth management, the office should be called what it is. It is a ICICI Insurance office. They are not there to help you plan investments. But to sell their policies.
I have never met a bunch of thieves like this.
I was asked my income expenditure details and sent an excel sheet which was total BS! I corrected it and sent it back. They said they want to meet me face to face. Once we met, the only suggestion from them was to buy their ELSS. Once I bought it, for more than a year now, they haven't even called me.
Also, after starting with Wealth Management, I am getting overcharged for each transaction. I am forced to use Master card instead of VISA. I don't understand how such mistreatment can be made up by plush sofas or CCD coffees. Pathetic!
I wonder why nobody has dragged them to consumer court yet. I guess none of us read the fine print.
As somebody mentioned in one of the posts - I regret not reading the reviews before using their services.
Sincere advice to HNIs or others who are reading this review - INVEST ON YOUR OWN! or with somebody you know. Never use ICICI Wealth Management
