I have been a customer of this bank for 2 years but I am sorry to say that they cannot do a simple task of converting my savings account into salary account. I have already been to the bank three times and its been 10 days since I submitted my request. Only god knows how many more days or months will they take. Today also they did not give me a satisfactory reply.
They just wanted the salary slip from the company but they didn't understand that how can I produce a salary slip if I have received my first salary yet. Instead of finding a solution they were arguing with me.
