I am a fresher with offers from 2 companies-IBM and Hexaware..but I cant decide which company I should join..the salary offered is almost same..but what I am concerned about is the scope for growth and better future opportunities..and the bond of Hexaware is not a issue for me...


Please help me. It's urgent..Please give your opinion whoever is reading this.
