Do they work God speed? Hats off to IBM . I am really impressed by their warranty claim division.
I had purchased a server from Dubai NF 5100 and carried it to Bombay last month. We had some technical problem yesterday and called IBM India. They were really helpful and ready to attend us even without the copmlete registration paper. Meanwhile we called Dubai IBM to register the warranty and we were nicely explained how to complete the warranty formalities and fax it to UK. The complete detail was provided by them. We immidiately did all the formality and send the fax to IBM warranty centre UK marking urgent. By the time I could reach home which takes about twenty minutes from office. my secretory called me that a fax is come from IBM with International warranty certificate. Wow They really impressed me. IBM is truely a Global company which cares.
My sincere thanks to GBM distribution Dubai specially MR. Vijay and MR. Majid. The entire Dubai IBM team and their warranty cenre members in UK. I hope the IBM India service engg. are equally empressive when they attend us tomorrow
