I bought this phone last year in the month of june from Paytm.com. After getting cashback the net price of the phone was just Rs. 2630 which attracted me and at that time windows phones were very much popular. So I bought it. The phone was good initially. No lagging as it was windows. Back camera was 5mp and front camera was 0.3mp. Battery backup was also good initially inspite of being 1500 mAh. The moment I switched on the phone first I was asked to do warranty registration, I did. It was working well. After 4 months, suddenly I was unable to install new apps. So I rushed to service centre as it was under warranty. But I got shocked when my phone was rejected as they told me since you bought online so we can't give you warranty. It was shocking. What if I bought it online, I registered for warranty on the phone when I switched on first time. So I came back. After 9 months, suddenly the display became completely black and it was not showing anything. I request you please don't buy any iball products. Now the service centre here in Silchar is also closed. I strongly don't recommend it .
