The smartphone 2 is one of the worst product that I have ever used. Even though the screen resolution is good and the features are good it has very bad support and after sales service. The phone is very good to hold and has a nice look. But it has the following short comings
a. Configuring the phone for GPRS is a pain and does not support the basic GPRS provided by Indian Operators
b. The joystick is bad. I had my joystick replaced twice... after which my keypad went bad. Even the authorised dealer in India were not able to solve the problem. I later found out from the dealer that this is a manufacturing defect and the company is not doing anything about it.
c. Its dealer network is extremely limited atleast in India.
Otherwise the phone is very simple to use. The operating system windows mobile 2003 is quite good and the software has good support from Microsoft.
