Sirs/Madam, Its been more than two years since you congratulated me for being the winner of your Facebook contest. Since then I have been waiting to hear from your side and receive my prizes but nothing has come my way so far. The customer care department of HTC is so pathetic that I need not say anything, you can check your Facebook page to know the reality.
