No more satisfied with this. I suffered lost by purchasing this . Too bad to recommend it to others users. I purchased it from hp showroom . it needed a lot of services even in a month. Sometimes pages are not printed they came as blank pages and sometimes it print pages partially. The scanner is too bad .it did not works properly on certificates and thick pages. A4 size print pages are not worth it. So, I highly disappointed with this. and bought none of its other came in same branding.
