I had brought this product for my cousin we came home and plugeed in the internet cable and statring using it after installation was done we tried to remove the inetrnet cable but it never came out and we had to take the laptop to the same dealer and get the internet cable removed from the laptop, a very bad experience. Ease of use is good, qulaity in not worth the money we pay. We need to only visit HP autorised dealer for any issues related until it is under warranty. Not a good buy.
