Ay005tx is better because its has got latest amd graphic card M430 whereas ac120tx has got M330 graphic card so, ay005tx is better, and the screen is also flamboyant its between 15-16 inch and the processor is 2ghz and it have dual speakers it have wifi Bluetooth And speaker is DTS Studio Sound and its gameing laptop too you can play heavy games on it and it can run various opearating systems such as a win 7/8/8.1/10 linux unix etc.
