My horror started in dec 21 and still ongoing. We refurbished our kitchen and asked homelane to do the job. They promised 46 days completion or paying the rent. They started part of the job by Jan 22 and left it unfinished till April 22. Their project managers suddenly disappear they they hold no accountability. They even refuse to tell the date of completion. They stopped answering the phone when things go wrong. So obviously long term support from them is non existent. They collect money in full before installation. The team of shubham and asma completely unprofessional. I suggest to hold some money until the whole job is done
