Whenever I have used the HDFC bank service in the bank they have always messed up. The employees of Hdfc keep leaving to better banks as they do not believe in retention of staff . So the staff do not know the customers personally. They are very rude to the customers . I was so upset one day at the bank that I said I want to close my account and the lady at the desk said I’m giving you the closure form. This is absolutely not accepted. Will definitely not recommend anyone to have an account in Hdfc . This type of bad experience I frequently had with my branch in Kolkata.
