One of the worst banks I have ever seen. unfortunately, I have a loan account as well as an NRE account with this bank since feb, 2011. The NRE account has been credited my check which was debited almost 40 days ago. I cannot access my account online. Frustates you in every possible way. Same experience with the loan process too. They asked me to send the documents within an 1hr by fax at 2 am in the morning. Such is the common sense they have.
One more thing, these guys have brokers who try to help you to find a Home for you. Please keep in mind these guys dont know anything other than the signatures areas.
