This is not first time I am calling HDFC customer care, everytime i call up them, call gets disconnected, which I never expected bank like HDFC.
Do you(HDFC) think customers doesn't have better work than calling your customer care though every time the call gets disconnected?
I trusted HDFC so much and moved all my portfolio to it but now realising that I took a wrong step. Being the valued customer though I am getting pathetic service, think about common people.
