Hi friends I had a personal account in hdfc calicut branch. But I had very bad experince with this bank.
Phone banking : Hdfc is better in phone banking. Its mobile application is good. But the messages which alert us after every transactions is very delay. Sometimes it takes days to receive messages
ATM : Availibility of atms are poor. Most of the times we have to depend on other banks atm. Bank allows only 5 time to have this for free.
Customer service : In bank transactions are very slow. It takes somuch time for transactions in bank
other charges. : bank charges fine for maby things. a common man like me cannot afford this.
That was the main reason to make me withdraw my account from HDFC
