I had few credit card points gathered with me and so I picked up this HCL Tab from it. Was a waste of money the tab kept of hanging all the time, and I had to restart it time and again. Called up the store where I brought it from, they said to contact the service centre. Once I entered the service centre everyone sitting there had issues with HCL Tablet that was strange. I thought HCL was a good brand, cause their cell phones were good. Hence did not go for Micromax.
Got my HCL tab after 4 days and the issue continued. Call HCL, did an escalation, they final emailed me that they would send me a new piece. I said ok let’s check that as well, the new piece was delivered in 6 days and that too had the same issue. I again escalated this matter and asked for a refund. After few days HCL agreed to pay me back and I finally got my money. HCL Tablets are hopeless; don’t waste your money on it.
