I am using hathway internet since last 3 years. In the beginning it was providing good service. but since last year its service are discontinue as and when CONNECTION problem were there. When I registered my complain on their customer portal it has been said that assistant will be provided in next 24 hour. But I am not getting the same. Sometime it longer than 3 days. And the day I missed due to this also not added to my pack.
There is a common data box for many subscriber. So due to this sometimes if one person's service is disturb. For solving this another user also have to face the problem.
I am suggesting for this broadband.
