goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
This is the first time I booked a hotel via Goibibo and when I reached the hotel they informed me that there is no room in the hotel and they are arranging another hotel for me.
They made me wait for 3 hours and after 3 hours I had to pay extra money to get a nice hotel. So, I won't recommend Goibibo to anyone.
