I booked a hotel through goibibo few months back . I had good experiences previously but this time I was let down .
due to some reason I was not able to visit the hotel so I asked them to cancel my booking and redirect my money back to me but it was not done by the officials of the company they were only saying that they are processing my request to hotel but it was not done either and I did not got my money back even after a month filing that complain. one more thing I would like to tell that now a days this website is issuing some really ill logical coupons which cannot be fully utilised, so please think before choosing to transact with goibibo
