I think they are selling stolen products. The dell laptop I got did not have the product key of the installed Windows. As I started having problems installing genuine without the knowledge of previous installed key I asked dell and gobol people to share the product key of the laptop which they denied.
I was so close to going to consumer court but the lack of resources(time and money) stopped me.
