Frankly speaking in the recent past I have not read such a nice book.Its a very inspiring & interesting read & a must for every young professional who are facing quarter life & midlife crisis. The way Mr.Subroto Bagchi co founder of MindTree narrated the story of his real life is mind blowing.Title of the book is the last words of her blind mother to him.
The book is in 3 parts. In first part you will know about his sweet childhood memories.Most of his childhood days are spent on different underdeveloped rural parts of Orissa.Having been grown up from such places only a genius can reach to the top.Part 1 has 8 chapters.
The second part consists of 9 chapters, narrates about beginning phase of his career.
The 3rd part having 8 chapters talks mostly about his association with WIPRO.
At the end of each chapter he talks about life lessons. Mr.Bagchi has shared his thoughts & experiences in very simple manner.

I recommend the book to to read at one go.May be each part in 2/3 days so that you can absorb & apply his thoughts in your personal life.
