When I decided to go to the 10: 00 p.m. 3D showing of Ghostbusters, I had a bad feeling when I showed up and was the ONLY person in the theater. Even at pre-opening shows there is a small crowd, but I thought maybe people are wrong. Big mistake.
This movie is a mess, in so many directions. It is one giant gimmick of cameos one after another. Where is the originality? Whereis the flow? Heck where is the solid plot line? How many times can you watch somebody get slimed and find it funny? .
And i'll be blunt. I thought.why do you need Kate McKinnon's character to dance around and seduce another female ghostbuster? Really? I tried hard to give this movie a chance but found myself begging for it to be over. It had nothing to do with the traditional movie comparison, it was just plain bad.
