I have worked in Genpact from the year 2007 till the year 2010 i.e.for three years at its Jaipur facility. I was working in the Finance and Accounting CoE.
As per my experience its a good place for working for freshers or for people who want to gain some work experience before going for higher studies and even for the people who have done there graduation, wants to work and continue there education as well since the company has collaboration with different universities and educational groups for working professionals.
The company also provides transportation facility, has in house gym, ATM and many other facilities. The soft skills training provided by the company is also good though the pay skill needs to be improved and like any other organisation it also has people issues.
So, I can say that its not a bad place to work for while initiating yourself in corporate sector.
