Eyes are one of the most sensitive parts of our body and we might think taking care of it. If we negotiate, it may lead to vision loss. So here are some tips on eye care.


Eat a healthy balanced diet as eyes need vitamin A to maintain health. Carrot contains lots of beta carotene and vitamin A that is good for eyes. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. Taking omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon, halibut can also help your eyes.


Sun exposure can harm your eyes as sun rays contain harmful uv radiation thus leading to cataracts and age related muscular degeneration. Protect your eyes by wearing sunglasses that block 100 percent uv radiation.


Working on computer whole day increases strain on our eyes and whatever we see becomes blur so give them complete rest.
