Gati, pick was scheduled for 3rd june and till now pickup is not done. Mr dharmendra singh(08003191720) in jaipur is demanding 1270 rs without even looking at package. he has even challanged customer care also. Pickup ref number 15080978/.
our services just sucks, and I feel ashamed that am taking services from gati. any body can quote any amount and demands for bribe without even looking at package. shameless fellows are working in gati with no manners to deal with customer.
