My brother Sanjay Agarwal purchased a Toyota Fortuner from Galaxy Toyota 2 months back. due to long long waiting list, they had to wait for 8 months after booking. on the date given by Galaxy, they came from some odd 800 kms to take delivery but to their utter dismay, for three days, the vehicle wasn;t available with Galaxy. even after the vehicle came, it took them 5 days to register the vehicle with transport authorities. Surprisingly, in delhi where online registration is available and it does not take more than an hour for this, my bro had to stay 3 + 5 days in delhi without any purpose. It was so frustrating when most of the time the reason given by Galaxy people was "concerned staff is not sitting at his seat in authority office!"
